Full-time. Applicants should be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and be willing to live in the Harris County area. The successful candidate will be a trial attorney with an active caseload of misdemeanors and felonies, maintain their cases from investigation through appeal, handle asset forfeitures, perform tasks in magistrate, probate, and juvenile courts, as well as other duties as required. Prosecutorial experience is preferred but not required. Salary $57,242/plus benefits.
